At FURYCUBE, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and provide a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your setup as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FURYCUBE account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include inside the package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all cables and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
